How to become an in-game operator

Simply send an e-mail to gm@wydglobal.com and include your Name, Account Name, Character Name, Available Time (01-05, 08-12, 18-22), Country, Brief description about WYD Global.
Then wait for GMs to interview you in-game and wait for confirmation if you are hired or not.

Rewards

In-game operators will receive 5 oriharukon powders and 5 laktorerium powders weekly if they have a perfect attendance for 1 week.
In-game operators will receive 40,000 WYD Coins every month.
In-game operators will receive a special cape only for operators with good bonus which will depend on how long they have been an operator.
In-game operators will receive 15 million gold every month if they have the highest number of graduates within a month.

Rules and guidelines

Any in-game operator can be kicked out of the said position at any time with a valid reason with or without any warning.
In-game operator will not receive any WYD Coins if they fail to work for 1 whole month.
In-game operators should be role models for all wydians.
In-game operators can be rewarded anytime with a valid reason.
In-game operators cannot have more than 4 absences in one month.
3 tardiness = 1 absent
During water sessions, only members of the academy may join the water party.
For recruitment, operators need to send the names of the wydians who want to join their academy to our Q&A section.
Operators may kick out any academy member with a valid reason and send the name to our Q&A section.

Note

	Any wydian may report an operator which he thinks is abusing his power, violating any rule, or anything bad. The wydian may send an e-mail to gm@wydglobal.com and include the details of his complaint.
	False report may result to banning of account for certain period of time.
